All the information you include on your application will need to be verified and analyzed by our processors and presented, correctly, to the lending underwriters. Please provide or bring
the following items with you:
* Past 2 years tax returns
* 1 month of your most recent pay-stubs
* Bank statements for the past 3 months
* Homeowners insurance policy
* Property tax statement
* Purchase agreement
All of these items will not apply to everyone who is applying for a home loan . If there is an item on this list that you do not recognize or do not have, it is very likely you will not need it.
After we have received these items, we will analyze the information you provide, make the appropriate changes to your application and finalize your file for lender approval and acceptance. Your new loan will be only a few steps away from completion.
